Sort of. The brief I received for this illustration was pretty specific about its description, but I think a sandworm is a sandworm is a sandworm, really. :)

Ive never seen it but..

Useless bit of info, did you know the song from Fatboy Slim - Weapon of choice has a line in it from Dune

'Walk without rythme and you wont attract the worm'

You probably already know that but still, it makes me feel like I know something!

Hey, man THANKS! Glad you like and thanks for the fave or add or 'collect' or whatever you call it.

Although the assignment was not directly Dune related, obviously the movies and books have made an impression on me, and I'll always be happy to try to make a new take on the Sandworm whenever the occassion arises.
