Summer 2014 has been a terrific time for me as an illustrator as I've been doing a lot of work for Legendary Games, Uhrwerk Verlag and Ulisses-Spiele.

I'm always interested in hearing about new projects. Potential clients with paid contract work can contact me at:

neorepto@hotmail.com

It's cool to contact me through DA as well, although I think direct e-mail is often easier.

You can also find me on Facebook here:

And Tumblr, here:

I'm currently available for new contract work and private commissions.

Please contact me here:

neorepto@hotmail.com

The messaging system on DA isn't very efficient. Regular old-school e-mail is best.

You can also find me on Facebook. The name is the same. Michael Jaecks.

My goodness it has been a while since I have updated DA. Check out the gallery for all new published and personal work from 2011-2012. Demons, undeads, fungi and ooooze all over the place.

Paizo Publishing's Pathfinder Bestiary came out earlier this month. I've got seventeen different monster illustrations in the book. All the contributors, the team at Paizo and especially Art Director, Sarah Robinson, did a wonderful job pulling together such a beautiful tome of creatures. I've heard nothing but good feedback about the book everywhere, from the Paizo.com forums and reviews to the local gaming shop down the street and around the corner from my house here in Minneapolis, MN. Quoting one of the owners of Universe Games here in Uptown Minneapolis, "Both the Pathfinder Core Rulebook and the new Bestiary are making me exicted about role playing games again in a way I haven't been for a long time." Without a doubt, Pathfinder has some of the most rabid and devoted fans in the pen and paper gaming industry today, and I am honored to have played a small part in making such an exciting game for the fans. There is one more Pathfinder book out later this year for which I did a few illustrations, and I am looking forward to the chance of working with Paizo more in 2010.

Thanks also to all the Deviants who have been making comments throughout 2009, encouraging me with their support, appreciation and kindness.

Cheers, guys and gals!

Whoa! The page views and faves are way up!

I'm happy to see my work getting this kind of exposure. Paizo has been really great to me and I hope I get to work with them again in the future. This week they are previewing art from the upcoming Beastiary due out later this year. I'm honored to be showing here with three really great artists, Eric Lofgren, Andrew Hou and Kieran Yanner.
